About the Author
Californian born and bred Max has two passions: surfing the waves and surfing the net. He grew up in an era where technological development exploded, and a simple black and white screen soon had the capabilities for a 3D experience. It was realising the internet’s infinite possibilities that led max to a career in web development.
Education
During high school, Max worked at his local internet café, and he learnt a fortune about the ins and outs of personal computers. He then went to his local university, where he completed an undergraduate with distinction, followed by a master’s degree. Once graduating, Max continued his studies online, completing short courses on web development.
Experience
Max has enjoyed an exciting career in the online space, building websites, writing content, and lecturing part-time at a state college. During his years of freelancing, Max realised how many small businesses need proper websites but simply don’t have the budget or the skills.
As time’s gone by, web development has become more accessible, and self-help tools have popped up all over the market. However, many people don’t know how easy it can be to create their own website. It was these thoughts that led him to start ToolsWeLike.
